Dedicated Anesthesia Teams
Each 365mc hospital has either an anesthesiologist or a dedicated safe anesthesia team on hand. We ensure safe, hospital-grade liposuction with real-time monitoring before, during, and after surgery, all the way through recovery. For high-risk patients, or whenever medical judgment calls for it, an anesthesiologist personally administers the anesthesia and closely monitors the patient’s recovery — a safe anesthesia system unique to 365mc Hospital.
AI-Guided Liposuction Technology
365mc has teamed up with Microsoft to introduce AI-guided technology into our processes. In synergistic collaboration with Microsoft we have combined the experience and expertise of our doctors, 23 years of operation and research on fat and liposuction procedures, and the precision technology of Artificial Intelligence, and developed the field-changing M.A.I.L. system.
What is M.A.I.L.?
M.A.I.L. stands for Motion capture and Artificial Intelligence-assisted Liposuction. It works by attaching a motion sensor to the tip of the liposuction cannula to record the surgeon’s hand movements as data, which is then collected via the Azure IoT Suite and analyzed through Azure Machine Learning. By digitally capturing and analyzing thousands of successful procedures, the system identifies patterns and gives surgeons precise, real-time guidelines during surgery. The goal is twofold: better aesthetic results and enhanced safety, including reduced bruising and swelling, lower risk of complications like organ or muscle damage, and faster prediction of final results.

Our 365mc Liposuction Hospital location provides over 30 hospital-grade beds for patients requiring inpatient treatment and recovery. Intensive recovery rooms and private recovery spaces are provided to eligible patients, and your rest and recovery are constantly maintained by dedicated 365mc staff.
Surgical Safety
365mc Hospital is equipped with sterile air shower operating rooms, contact-free doors to prevent bacterial intrusion, and anesthesia safety equipment that exceeds U.S. FDA standards. For emergencies, each hospital has university hospital-level devices like defibrillators, power generation and uninterruptible power systems so surgery can continue safely even during a blackout.
Health Screening
365mc Liposuction Hospital operates an in-house clinical laboratory, an independent space dedicated solely to the clinical pathology tests required before liposuction. Certified clinical laboratory technologists run the testing, using bloodwork and other clinical tests to accurately assess each patient’s health status and any underlying conditions. This ensures every patient is thoroughly prepared for safe surgery.
