How Is Liposuction Done?

365mc’s Liposuction Process
1. Pre-Procedure
Area-specific doctors give a consultation for the procedure, health checks are performed, and weight-control medication is prescribed.
2. Anesthesia
All liposuction at 365mc is performed under general anesthesia, with a dedicated team managing sedation for each patient.
3. Procedure
Incisions of around 2mm are made in concealed sites, such as the belly button, underwear line, or armipit, depending on the treatment site.
4. Fat Removal
Using specialized cannulas, we extract fat from the target area, with attention to smoothing out the area and shaping the body line as desired.
5. Aftercare
Oxygen chamber, laser therapy and massage treatment are provided for all liposuction patients as part of our aftercare program.

In synergistic collaboration with Microsoft we have combined the experience and expertise of our doctors, 23 years of operation and research on fat and liposuction procedures, and the precision technology of Artificial Intelligence, and developed the field-changing M.A.I.L. system.
What is M.A.I.L.?
M.A.I.L. stands for Motion capture and Artificial Intelligence-assisted Liposuction. It works by attaching a motion sensor to the tip of the liposuction cannula to record the surgeon’s hand movements as data, which is then collected via the Azure IoT Suite and analyzed through Azure Machine Learning. By digitally capturing and analyzing thousands of successful procedures, the system identifies patterns and gives surgeons precise, real-time guidelines during surgery. The goal is twofold: better aesthetic results and enhanced safety, including reduced bruising and swelling, lower risk of complications like organ or muscle damage, and faster prediction of final results.
